Backdrop and new scenery

As planned I removed the paper backdrop, it was nice, but too sensible to humidity and temperature. Lesson learned, for the opposite wall expansion I will use wooden backdrop. To fix the problem on this portion of layout I painted the wall, then I placed new photographs.

In the meanwhile I built the aggregates industry structure, just to test the proportions and functionality with working trains.

A lovely little kit, painted with some spare "Zero Paint Ford GT blue".
The trailer is resin casted, and the container is a photo-layered plasticard box.

... and yes, the K-line container is upside down :) but I was too lazy to take another shot ...

On the bench, and what's next.

Here is the the layout today, on the bench there is a Peterbilt 395 with a 40' trailer carrying a Zim reefer container.

The last picture is the expansion on the short leg of the "L" shelf.
